As hams were being tossed down a relay line Monday morning, an eight-pounder whacked Deen in the face.

The errant ham “hit me full long in the face and ’bout knocked me cuckoo, but I’m fine,” a laughing Deen told WXIA-TV. She iced her nose to keep down the swelling.

The Food Network star was on hand to donate 25,000 pounds of protein before Hosea Feed the Hungry’s Thanksgiving dinner.

Whaddup?!?  Recently, Sammy Sosa and his wife made an appearance at the Latin Grammy Awards and posed on the red carpet.  What followed has had the internet on fire and people questioning what the fluck has happened to Sammy Sosa?  I personally think that the steroids Sammy was taking have somehow transformed him into the comic character Solomon Grundy, from Batman fame.  You can compare the pictures, but I think I’m dead on with this one.  Has anybody seen Mark McGwire?  He’s probably darker than Wesley Snipes right about now…

The two girls in front of us were drunk before the game started. They grabbed one of our signs and trashed it (real classy) because we’re Vikings fans, and then spent most of the first half mocking us instead of watching the game because the Lions were ahead.

They left their seats and we thought they were gone for good but somehow they managed to buy even more beer and get back to their seats. They were spilling beer on themselves, the seats, and some of the other fans. After they spilled quite a bit of beer on the guys in the row below them, they turned around and told them to SIT DOWN. One girl didn’t like that so she poured the rest of her beer on his head. Then I knew it was time to start the camera

IMMEDIATELY following this incident, the internets were on FIRE! From Twitter to Facebook, everybody was talking Kanye. I’m sure you’ve read 1000 opinions on what people thought of Kanye, but I’m going to go ahead and give you mine so you can have 1001.
What ‘Ye did was totally unprofessional and inappropriate. He could’ve blogged about it later on, said how he felt in an interview, or if he won an award, said what he though. That was Taylor Swift’s time and she deserved the right to say what she needed to say. Now, Kanye did have a point; Beyonce probably should’ve won the award (I mean, how do you win Video of the year but not Best Female Video?) but that was neither the time nor the place to do so. The former singer from Diddy’s MTV reality show “Making the Band 2″ has once again made the cut — but cops say this time Sara Stokes was using a knife … to stab her own husband.

We know what you’re thinking, “someone must’ve beat the crap out of this woman” — but according to cops, it was the exact opposite.

This bloody mug shot was taken after Stokes was arrested for domestic violence August 2 at their home in Moreno Valley, CA.

According to law enforcement sources, Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony — she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it.

We’re told Sara — who hurt her head in the fall — grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm — while their 3 kids watched.

Paramedics and cops came and Stokes was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. The D.A. is deciding whether to charge her.

Sara’s lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, “Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured.”

Drake’s Knee Gives Way

Whaddup?!? Everybody knows who Drake is, right? The Boy Drizzy (aka Mister ‘He Ain’t Coppin That, Is He?’); If not, here’s his wiki.
Anyways, it seems Drake tore his ACL doing something, and the doctors advised him against going on a planned tour. As many of you may know (or may not know), a torn ACL is a serious injury. The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the four major ligaments of the knee. While tearing this ligament won’t necessarily hinder you from walking (you’ll need a knee brace), it is advised to keep the pressure and flexibility of the knee to a minimum. Drake was advised of this by his doctors, and also advised that if he further damages the knee, he may never be able to walk again. So what does Drake do? He performs onstage, of course! Warnings be damned! You already know what happens next, right? While beginning to perform his hit song, Best I Ever Had, he gets to hopping, jumping, and TWISTING around and then…POP BOOM BAM! He proceeds to further damage his ACL, tear his MCL and his PCL; That’s 3 of the 4 major ligaments holding his knee together.

The ironic thing is that Drake plays a character in a wheelchair in the TV series Degrassi. His characters name is Jimmy Brooks (aka Wheelchair Jimmy). Ahhh, the irony of art imitating life. Mariah Carey and Husband Nick Cannon are now in a battle of wits with Eminem

Whaddup?!? Imagine my surprise when I’m riding in the car today and hear on the radio that Eminem has released a diss song to Mariah Carey, which is a response to her Obsessed song (which she denies is about Eminem). You can hear eminems song here.

Why is this lame? This is lame because
1) Eminem STARTED this whole thing 6 years ago by putting his “relationship” with Mariah Carey out there. She denied it and like the little chump he is, he caught feelings

2) This dude is dissing ANOTHER pop star. You notice how he will attack pop stars unmercifully, but when it comes to actual hip hop artists, it takes him forever to pop off, and even then he needs his whole label full of artists to back him up (See Ray Benzino, Royce da 5′9, Ja Rule)

3) In the actual diss song, he openly admits to dry humping MC (what grown man dry humps? I did that when I was like 10. Dry humpin? Is that what’s hot in the streets now?), admits to seein her for 6 months but only smashin once (Lame), admits to a touch and bust, and he admits to having Voicemail recordings and pictures SIX YEARS AFTER THE RELATIONSHIP ENDED!!!! This dude is BEYOND lame. Again, what grown ass man keeps old voicemails and pictures of ex girlfriends? I could give a got damn about what my ex’s are doing. This dude really is obsessed.

I don’t understand what Eminem has to gain from doing this. He should’ve left well enough alone. It’s not like his own personal issues with women aren’t out there. Isn’t this the same dude who divorced his wife cause she was a slut bucket, only to REMARRY and then divorce her AGAIN 3 months later?!? Now this? This guy is the biggest simp in hip hop and he continually gets a pass for his simpistic ways. I’ll never understand it.

Why is this lame? This is lame because Alfamega is dissin a dude that’s in prison for a year and a day. This is lame becuase Alfa is lookin like some scorned woman trying to get revenge after she doesn’t get proper “closure”.
