Whaddup?!? It’s ya boy Jebron Lames back with another update. Well, it looks like the Best Buy up in NYC is on a whole nother level of Swag than any other Best Buy in the country. Reggae artist Major Lazer was putting on a show at a Best Buy in NYC when he got a little too into his show…or not, depending on who you talk to. I mean, this is what he does, so you can’t REALLY be surprised when he does what he does, even if it’s at Best Buy. Anyways, I digress. The Video shows what I’m talking about…

Yo, I have a question. WTF is wrong with rappers now days? They are going from absurd to absurder without any regard for anything. The latest example is Baby aka Birdman aka Brian Williams. This guy, in an attempt to get the most outrageous tattoo he could get, goes and gets a big, red star tattooed on his head. I don’t know what he’s trying to prove or if he thinks this is somehow cool, but for a 40 y/o man, this isn’t what’s hot in the streets! Pic below.

Paula Deen Goes HAM!

Whaddup?!? It’s your boy JBL here with another lame update. on 11/23/2009 in Atlanta, GA, celebrity chef Paula Deen was working with Hosea Feed the Hungry & Homeless to make a donation on behalf of Smithfield Foods. This from ajc.com

As hams were being tossed down a relay line Monday morning, an eight-pounder whacked Deen in the face.

The errant ham “hit me full long in the face and ’bout knocked me cuckoo, but I’m fine,” a laughing Deen told WXIA-TV. She iced her nose to keep down the swelling.

The Food Network star was on hand to donate 25,000 pounds of protein before Hosea Feed the Hungry’s Thanksgiving dinner.

Well, I know what you’re thinking, “Do you have video?!?” Of COURSE we have Video. Jimmy Kimmel of Jimmy Kimmel Live has the best video I’ve found. It shows the ham hitting her in the face. He also accompanies the video with a nice “awareness” song for all the celebrities out there who might find themselves in a similar philanthropist role. The message, Don’t Get Hit In The Face With A Ham.

Supahead Twerk Team Beef!!! Wait, What?

Whaddup?
It’s JBL here with another update. Apparently, a beef is brewing between an all girl dance group based out of Atlanta, GA named Twerk Team (Website) and everybody’s favorite deep throat, Supahead!
It seems that Ms. Head posted a video of Twerk Team dancing to a lil Wayne video on her website with the following messege under it:

Because strippers go to college too.

Because someones parents paid for this.

Because young black women dont value their bodies.

Because young black men only value young black womens bodies.

Because I threw a dollar @ my Macbook.

Because its hard not to shake your ass @ Lil Wayne.

Because I cant read your ass when its moving so fast.

Because if you had a dad he would kick your ass!

Well, as you can imagine, this didn’t go over too well with the ladies of Twerk Team, who in turn did what every scorned young black person does, they made a diss song! Delivery and flow aside, they actually have some decent lines in this diss and even make reference to knowing some things about Ms. Head that she might not want to come to light about her Boyfriend/Husband Eddie Winslow. Whaddup?!? Recently, Sammy Sosa and his wife made an appearance at the Latin Grammy Awards and posed on the red carpet. What followed has had the internet on fire and people questioning what the fluck has happened to Sammy Sosa? I personally think that the steroids Sammy was taking have somehow transformed him into the comic character Solomon Grundy, from Batman fame. You can compare the pictures, but I think I’m dead on with this one. Has anybody seen Mark McGwire? He’s probably darker than Wesley Snipes right about now…

Whaddup? We’ve all been to a professional sporting event (I hope). We all know that at football games especially, people love to get drunk, yell at the refs, yell at the players, and yell at fans of the opposing team.
The following video shows what happens when you take it to the extreme. Apparently, these females were so inebriated that they tried to fight 2 individuals and ended up getting thrown out of the game. Here is an excerpt from the person who took the video

The two girls in front of us were drunk before the game started. They grabbed one of our signs and trashed it (real classy) because we’re Vikings fans, and then spent most of the first half mocking us instead of watching the game because the Lions were ahead.

They left their seats and we thought they were gone for good but somehow they managed to buy even more beer and get back to their seats. They were spilling beer on themselves, the seats, and some of the other fans. After they spilled quite a bit of beer on the guys in the row below them, they turned around and told them to SIT DOWN. One girl didn’t like that so she poured the rest of her beer on his head. Then I knew it was time to start the camera

Whaddup? Unless you’ve been under a rock, you know that the VMA’s were last night and that shenanigans ensued! From Lady GaGa’s disturbing ass ending to Lil Mamma jumping onstage for Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’ performance of Empire State Of Mind, but the night belonged to Kanye West and his interruption of Taylor Swift during her Best Female Video acceptance speech. For those of you who didn’t see it, or just want to see it again…

IMMEDIATELY following this incident, the internets were on FIRE! From Twitter to Facebook, everybody was talking Kanye. I’m sure you’ve read 1000 opinions on what people thought of Kanye, but I’m going to go ahead and give you mine so you can have 1001.
What ‘Ye did was totally unprofessional and inappropriate. He could’ve blogged about it later on, said how he felt in an interview, or if he won an award, said what he though. That was Taylor Swift’s time and she deserved the right to say what she needed to say. Now, Kanye did have a point; Beyonce probably should’ve won the award (I mean, how do you win Video of the year but not Best Female Video?) but that was neither the time nor the place to do so. Oh, and Kanye exited the building shortly thereafter. I can’t be totally mad, though. Kanye already dropped prophecy on us with this gem…

Onto the weird category, Lady GaGa had this on LOCK. Her outfits were…Lady GaGa-ish. She twice looked like a used tampon, once looked like something resembling a lion in a dress, and once looked like The Mysterious M from The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

For no apparent reason whatsoever, she decides to hop her lil ass onstage during the Jay-Z and Alicia Keys duet of Empire State Of Mind. It was was obviously an awkward moment for Jay, toward the end of the song you can see Lil Mamma get on stage and then walk up in front of Jay and start bouncing. Jay, bewildered, says, “You T-Paining it right now”, a reference to T-Pain jumping onstage with Jay-Z at Summer Jam during his “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” performance. At the end of the performance, Jay and Alicia strike a B Boy pose, which Lil Mamma joins in on (See Pic Below).

Whaddup?!? If you ever wondered what happened to any of those original Puffy Making The Band members, you’re in luck. The girl Sarah Stokes was in the news recently. Apparently, she has some anger problems. It seems that she went all “shankapotomus” on us with the alleged stabbing of her husband in front of her 3 kids. Per TMZ:

The former singer from Diddy’s MTV reality show “Making the Band 2″ has once again made the cut — but cops say this time Sara Stokes was using a knife … to stab her own husband.

We know what you’re thinking, “someone must’ve beat the crap out of this woman” — but according to cops, it was the exact opposite.

This bloody mug shot was taken after Stokes was arrested for domestic violence August 2 at their home in Moreno Valley, CA.

According to law enforcement sources, Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony — she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it.

We’re told Sara — who hurt her head in the fall — grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm — while their 3 kids watched.

Paramedics and cops came and Stokes was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. The D.A. is deciding whether to charge her.

Sara’s lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, “Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured.”

Whaddup?!? About 3 years ago the phenomenon known as Reh Dogg was unleashed onto the world. In case you didn’t know, or thought you thought you knew but then found out you actually didn’t know, Reh Dogg is an urban rap artist (and I use that term very loosely) who is most known for being one of the pioneers of emo rap with his hit single Why Must I Cry?, along with his status as a YouTube singing Superstar. His lyrical content spans from caring for underprivileged children , the pressures of dealing with body image, mental health, and faith.
Reh Dogg was first brought to public attention in November 2006 by hip hop websites such as All Hip Hop.

Anywayz, I stumbled across a remix of Reh Dogg’s hit song, Why Must I Cry?. I’ll post both the Original and the remix.
