Joc pranked everyone in gossip land. He posted a few tweets on twitter about being in St. Louis with Katt Williams and DMX doing lines. He claimed that they gave some to the german shepard which in turn the dog gave Joc the business. 72 stitches exactly but Joc just revealed on his twitter page it was a prank that he made up. Just another publicity stunt.
